When you order from our website, we ensure that the order gets processed within 24 hours and gets delivered within 3-5 business days, and you will receive an email from us upon confirmation of your order and another email upon shipping of your product along with a tracking number and link to the courier website, where you can track your delivery.

How do I track my order ?

Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. Type the tracking number in the tracking section on the website of the service provider. The order status would provide detailed information on your package.

Do I Have to sign for delivery?

You will be asked to sign a delivery form, in which you confirm that the product(s) was delivered in the correct condition (without obvious defects or damage).

What if you are not at home when your package arrives.

Our shipping partner will leave a notice at your address notifying you of an alternative delivery or pick-up arrangement.

Items haven’t arrived yet. What can you do.

Please allow up to 5-6 business days for delivery from the day you received the order confirmation. Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. If, for any reason, our shipping partner cannot reach you, we will provide you with the instructions to collect the product(s) directly from our shipping partner. In these situations, Minutes N Hours reserves the right to cancel the order, in which case, we will fully refund you the amount.

If want to Change your shipping address after your order has been placed.

We kindly ask you to call our customer service centre on +91 11 46263200 (10 AM – 6 PM) before shipping your order from warehouse. Once item has been shipped, than it is not possible to change the address.
